High quality linen cloth with balanced thread count in warp and weft is not easy to come by today, but it's absolutely necessary for some embroideries.

The cloth is 185 cm wide and loosely woven; it’s thus suitable for head coverings or very light, translucent undergarments. It is excellent as a basis for counted work embroidery: brick stitch, long-armed cross stitch or cross stitch. The cloth is ordered by the meter: 2 pieces means 2 meters of cloth.
