Information for the Withdrawal

Cost of return of goods: The costs to return the goods (postage fee, packing etcetera) are paid by the buyer according to German law.

Your reimbursement of the payment for the goods is done after receiving and checking the goods, or after proof of the shipment back.

There is generally no right to withdrawal from an order if the goods were bespoke or customised. This includes fabric cut off the bolt at the requested length.
