The cardigan looks great, but I would rethink the buttons. With buttons in such a strong contrasting colour, they should be placed in a way that looks the same for all of them. In this picture it seems as if you've put the top ones at the outer edge of the button band and the lower ones at the inner edge. Or does it just need a second blocking to even out a bit more?
I don't want to nag, but your other work is always so perfect that after the initial happiness with the finished cardigan, this will probably bother you later on.
Ah, the buttons... the top ones probably just need to be sewn on a bit more tighter, they are actually all placed in the same line.
And I am quite sure you are overestimating my levels of perfection. Yes, there are things that I do try hard to get right down to the last detail, such as stuff for archaeological experiments. But other things? For a lot of these, as long as it does what it's supposed to do, I'm fine. If there were a contest for "Queen of Fudging It", I'd totally be in, and I'd give myself good chances of placing well, if not winning!
